Is Pain or Injury Keeping You From the Active Life You Deserve?

Elevation Athletics was founded on the idea that the client comes first. Healthcare quality is at an all time low and many people pay healthcare with not just money, but their time. Time is the most valuable resource we have. The more time you spend on trying to solve your pain in clinics who don't specialize in performance rehab, the less time you can spend at work or with family and friends.

Our goal is to empower our clients to live a high performance and pain free life doing the activities they love without restrictions. If you enjoy Crossfit, then we'll help you keep performing at your highest level. If you love staying on the field with your kids at baseball or softball practice then we'll help you stay healthy so you don't miss that quality time. If you're a runner trying to make the next Spartan Race or Iron Man then we'll help you achieve that goal.

Many of our clients find us after their physician told them "you just need to rest," but rest won't solve the main problem of why the pain started in the first place. Every time they tried to be active again, the pain returns.

Our clients have been given pain pills and muscle relaxers when they don't like to use them or become dependent on them. Those things are not treating the true causes of their pain.

Some have even tried physical therapy before but were at a clinic where they just repeated a bunch of basic exercises they could do on their own time. The physical  therapist was jumping from one patient to the next never giving one-on-one time with the patient and delegating all the care to the untrained techs or assistants never using much manual hands on treatment techniques.

Others have relied on their personal trainer or massage therapist to fix the problem, even though those professionals don't have the training or legal scope to diagnose and treat complex pain or injury.

We want our patients to know that we have their best interests at heart. If you can relate to any of the above scenarios, know your not alone. At Elevation Athletics we know what it takes to return to performing at a high level and will give you the care you deserve in a one-on-one setting with the Doctor every time.
