More time 1 on 1 with you, the faster you get results. We will provide you with the knowledge and skills to remain pain free as long as possible. Do I need a referral to be seen by Elevation Athletics?

Your treatment sessions will vary based on your goals. Your first evaluation our Doctors will provide you a diagnosis, plan of care, and start to begin treatment. Our treatment model does not include boring or pointless movements. We utilize barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, and various manual therapy approaches to get you back as fast as possible. We have also been known to hit new PR's with our patients during their plan of care!

What is "Out-of-Network" Physical Therapy?

In an out of network treatment model, our physical therapists enter an agreement with you to provide treatment that was agreed upon by both parties. Customers will pay at the time of service and there will be no hidden costs, fees, or surprise bills. This model allows us to provide a totally unique and different approach, allowing one-on-one care specifically tailored to your goals.

How does Out of Network Physical Therapy work?

Working with an Out of Network practice, customers pay using actual cash, checks, HSA or FSA funds, or credit/debit cards. You can also submit the receipts to your insurance company that will be paid directly back to you from the insurance carrier. With the exception of Medicare, Medicaid, or some HMO's, many insurance companies provide reimbursement for services received from "out of network" physical therapists. Out of Network does not mean the Physical Therapist is short on education or has less qualifications. All of our providers on staff have Doctorate level training and we choose this model to provide the best healthcare possible to our clients living in North Fort Worth, Texas.
