The Bridge Between PT and Performance

Pain-Free Doesn't Mean Ready.

Here's what usually happens: you work hard in PT, the pain goes away, and you're ready for the next step.

But that next step often doesn't have a clear path. You head back to the gym without a structured plan, and a few weeks later you're nursing the same issue all over again.

Pain-Free Is Just the Starting Point

Pain going away just means you've reached the starting point — not that your body is built to handle real training again.

Generic Programs Weren't Built for You

Group fitness and templates can't account for your injury history, movement patterns, or where you actually are right now.

There's No Medical Baseline at the Gym

Without a starting assessment, there's no way to know what you're ready for or what's quietly setting you up for injury.

You Need More Than a Gym Membership

Without clinical context, you're guessing at what your body can handle — and that's usually when re-injury happens.

Elevation Performance Hybrid

Your Own Program. Coached in a Group. Built by a Physical Therapist.

Medically informed performance training — not a continuation of PT, and not group fitness. Every member follows their own individualized program in a small, coached group environment.

DPT-Led Performance Evaluation

A 60-minute assessment covering movement analysis, strength and mobility testing, and goal-based program design — so your plan is built for your body before your first session.

Individualized Programming

No templates. Your program is designed around your history, your goals, and where your body actually is — then progressed on your schedule, not everyone else's.

Small-Group Training with Your Custom Plan

Train 2–3x per week with hands-on coaching and structured progression — maximum 5–6 members per session, so you're never just a number.

TrueCoach App Access for Support

Your program, exercise demos, and progress tracking live in the TrueCoach app — so you stay accountable and connected between sessions.

Not Physical Therapy.
Not Group Fitness.
Medically-Informed Performance Training.

The bridge between where your PT ended and where your performance begins.

Is This You?

We've Heard It All

You're in the right place if any of these sound like you:

You recently finished PT and want to keep building — not just maintain.

You're nervous about getting hurt again the moment you go back to training alone.

You want to train 2–3x a week with real structure and professional eyes on your movement.

You're a former athlete ready to return to performance-level training, not just 'staying active.'

You're tired of random workouts — you want a progressive plan that actually builds something.

You want expert guidance and accountability without paying for full 1-on-1 sessions.

'I feel better, but I know I'm not fully there yet.'

'I keep getting hurt every time I try to push myself at the gym.'

The Process

Three Steps. One Direction.

Start With a Full Assessment

Before you train, we need to know where you stand. Your 60-minute DPT performance evaluation covers movement quality, strength, mobility, and goals — so your program is built for you, not copied from someone else.

Train in a Group. Follow Your Own Plan.

Sessions run 2–3x per week in a small-group environment — max 5–6 per session. You follow your own individualized program every time. Hands-on coaching, real-time feedback, structured progression.

Your Program Lives in Your Pocket

Between sessions, your programming, exercise demos, and progress tracking are all inside the TrueCoach app. You always know what's next, why it's programmed, and how far you've come.

Meet Your Coach

Alli Hollingsworth, DPT

Alli is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who saw the same pattern repeat: patients work hard, get out of pain, and get discharged into a world with nothing structured waiting for them. She built Elevation Performance Hybrid to close that gap — bridging clinical expertise and real performance training so her patients don't just recover, they come back stronger.

In every Hybrid session, Alli brings both the clinical depth to understand what your body needs and the coaching eye to make sure you're building toward something real.

Your First Step

Two Weeks to Know It's Right for You.

We designed the Intro Experience so you can train, evaluate, and decide — with no long-term obligation.

DPT-Designed from Day One

Your program isn't guesswork — it's built from a full clinician evaluation before you ever set foot in a session.

Coached, Not Just Supervised

Small groups mean real feedback every session — not just a trainer walking the floor while you figure it out alone.
